Teachers will plan their class’ harvest celebrations. The Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th graders will begin their class celebrations at  1:15 until 2:30pm.  5th graders will begin their class celebrations at 12:15 until 1:30pm. There are several important precautions and protocols for us to follow in order to be safe and healthy.

  • Remember students are not to eat and drink in the classrooms due to Covid.

Noone is allowed to bring food or drink to school to be consumed for the Classroom Harvest Celebrations.

  • Teachers will give directions for how students will share individually wrapped candy or non-edible treats with classmates during the celebrations that will be distributed at school, but consumed at home.

  • As for costumes, students will not wear them to school in the morning. They will carry their costumes to school on Friday, October 29th. Costumes must be able to fit over students’ school clothing that is worn in the morning. Costumes will be stored in student lockers until their class celebration time in the afternoon. At the time of celebrations, costumes will be put on over their clothing. Accessories may be added, but  No Weapons, blood or gore. Students will not be permitted to go home or change into a costume here at school. This must be strictly followed.

Continue to be mindful about Arrival and Dismissal procedures. There is no smoking in any of our parking lots, the main school and church lots. Tell anyone picking up your child that there is no smoking. Students must wear a mask daily and above all, keep being kind with each other.

If you have any questions, you may call the school at 330-761-7903 or email me at [email protected]

Thank you!
